Game submissions for TFest 2026 will open on April 1, 2026 through our event page on Tabletop.Events.

Whether you’re just trying to play your favorite game, running an RPG, teaching a board game, hosting a tournament, or organizing a special event, we welcome community-driven content that helps create a fun, welcoming experience for everyone.

All event submissions and management will be handled through Tabletop.Events.

How to Submit a Game

1. Create or log in to your Tabletop.Events account.

2. Navigate to the TFest 2026 convention page.

3. Click Host or Submit an Event (visible once submissions open).

4. Fill out the event form, including:

   • Event title

   • Game system or category

   • Description (what players can expect)

   • Number of players

   • Session length

   • Age restrictions (if any)

5. Select your preferred day and time.

6. Review and submit your event for approval.

 

Once approved, your event will appear in the public schedule when game registration opens.

Tips for a Strong Submission

• Write a clear, engaging description that explains what makes your game fun.

• Be specific about player count and experience level.

• Double-check your time slot before submitting.

• Plan for setup and teardown time if needed.
